I’m Suzanne Crossland—creative, curious, and a tireless traveler. I believe travel changes the way we see the world, making us more open, cultured, and empathetic.

After my divorce, I took my first solo trip to Europe, visiting Málaga in southern Spain to spend time with my daughter before her move to Dubai. It was also my first trip after Covid-19. With no agenda, I simply wanted to go at my own pace, explore freely, and rediscover myself through new places and experiences.

As I shared my journey on social media, many women reached out saying how much my travels resonated with them. They cheered me on and confessed they wished they dared to do the same. Their messages made me reflect on how often women devote themselves to family and careers—always caring for others while forgetting their own need for adventure and rest.

One morning, while walking along Málaga’s promenade, I had an aha moment. I realized how deeply I loved traveling and how much I wanted other women to feel the same freedom, joy, and empowerment I felt. That’s how Travels by Su was born—a space to inspire and lead women through unforgettable experiences.

In 2025, I was very fortunate and honored to partner with Express Travel, a women-owned travel agency located in Coral Gables, Florida, and part of the Gray Dawes Group.
